Besides the 19 words from Children of the Holocaust and a few of our other readings, you will also be responsible for learning the definition of 5 words from your choice book. While you are reading, you will keep a list of potential vocabulary words that you like and feel would be beneficial to learn. You will then look up their definitions, etc. When defining the five choice words, find the part of speech, definition, one synonym and one antonym. Write them on a piece of loose-leaf in the vocabulary section of your binder.
